Wilson Street Apartments

Located in Darlington on the corner of Brinkburn Road and Wilson Street are our two recently refurbished 2 bedroom apartments.

The apartments are located in a quiet residential area close to the town centre. There is free on street parking and a number of amenities such as a supermarket, pub and well known food outlets all within walking distance. The town centre is a 15 minute walk, a bus route within a minutes walk.

North Road Train Station is a five minute walk away and the main line Darlington Train Station is a five minute drive or 20 minute walk away. 

About

Number 74 is a first floor apartment with two bedrooms, one with a large king-size zip link bed and a standard double zip link bed in the second bedroom. The dining area and lounge has seating for up to 4 people.

 

Number 76 is a ground floor two bedroom apartment, with a lounge dining area for 4 people.  Each bedroom has a king size zip link bed, which can be separated upon request

In both apartments, Cable TV and high speed 5Ghz Wi-fi are standard.  There is a fully fitted kitchen with all the main appliances and cookware you would expect from home completes the layout.  Towels and bedding are provided.

Raby Street Apartment

Our Raby Street apartment is on the edge of Darlington Town Centre, close to bars, restaurants and transport links this 2 Bedroom, stylish apartment is spacious enough for a small family or a couple of corporate guests

Bedroom one contains a Super-King size bed for a great nights sleep which splits into two 3 foot singles when required. Bedroom two contains a three quarter sized bed large enough for two sharing children or one adult .

There is a toilet & shower room with towels provided. Completing the layout is a modern open plan living area, containing a great living area with L Shaped sofa  In addition, there is a fully fitted kitchen with dining table for 4 with all the appliances, including a fan oven with hob, microwave and a washer/dryer. Also provided are utensils, cutlery, pots, pans, crockery and other kitchen essentials.


​There are various free and paid parking options in the area long and short term. Please do check the meters near the property before leaving your vehicle.

Wilson House

Wilson House is the newest addition to our group, available from January 2022  -  this delightful three bedroom terraced house has been decorated to a high standard! 

Downstairs: You enter into the living room where a cosy couch and chair are placed, you then go through into a brand new kitchen area with a dining table.  There is an area for the tumbler dryer in the hallway at the rear which leads to a newly refurbished bathroom - with a shower over bath combination.

The fully modernised kitchen includes all the appliances; a fan oven with hob, microwave and a washer machine and tumble dryer. Also provided are utensils, cutlery, pots, pans, crockery and other kitchen essentials.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms -  a large king size bed in the front room, then a double room and single room at the rear of the house. There is street parking available outside the property
